These Terms & Conditions (“General Terms”), along with any applicable Additional Terms (such as Imprint, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Service Data Protection, Trademarks & Intellectual Property), collectively, the “Terms” govern your use of and access to our website, customer support, discussion forums or other interactive areas including social media sites or services and software that we include as part of the Services, as well as any applications, including Mobile Applications, Sample Files, Content Files, Scripts, Instructions and Related Documentation in any file format.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.TerraSonic2.com (the “Site”).
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or services or products that you view, progress within courses, time spent on individual Site pages, which websites or search terms referred you to our Site, and information about how you interact with our Site. In the following, we refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We are using third party services within our webpage. So our webpage acts as a pass-through platform for data, services and content. These services have their own terms of service, privacy policies and other practices which are different from ours.
These are the services we use: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, BandsInTown, Landr, Spotify for Artists, AppleMusic, other Streaming Services Shopify, Gelato, ElasticStage.
In the following, when we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

(b) Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
(c) When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with news, additional information or advertising relating to our products or services.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through our Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including but not limited to Canada and the United States.
7. Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. For tax reasons we will retain your first and last name for 7 years from order date. Any other data will be retained until you ask us to delete your data. We will follow such instructions within 1-3 working days.
8. Minors
We strongly advises all parents and guardians to teach their children safe and responsible handling of personal data on the Internet. Minors should not transmit any personal data to any web sites without the permission of their parents or guardians. We will never knowingly collect personal data from minors, or use it in any way, or disclose it to third parties without permission.
9. Links To Other Websites

The individual pages and posts in this website may contain links to other providers outside our domain, to which this privacy protection statement does not extend. When you leave this web site, please be aware of and read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This also counts for all embedded third-party-services including but not limited to Spotify, YouTube, Shopify, BandsInTown, Facebook, Instagram, Apple Music, etc.
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices, new laws, or for any other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
11. Service Data Protection
We are committed to providing security measures to protect your data. During the Subscription Term, these data protection measures may change without notice, as standards evolve or as additional controls are implemented or existing controls are modified as we deem reasonably necessary.
12. Security Policy
We will make sure all accessible data which is not stored with a third-party service provider is in buildings with limited access to unauthorised personnel, locked and password protected. We train our employees in compliance with these service data protection guidelines.

14. Incident Response
We will contact our subscribers upon verification of a security incident that affects your service data. We restrict administrative access to all our systems and networks to approved personnel only.

We use standard network management and network security to utilise industry standard tools and methods to provide defense against known common unauthorised network activity and undertake regular external vulnerability scans.
17. Security Measures For Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers during the provisioning of our services, and may give those service providers access to Your Account and Service Data as is reasonably necessary to provide our services. We assess and manage any potential risks involved in using these third-party service providers who have access to Service Data to the best of our knowledge and research.
Third-party service providers which are used for long-term hosting of Service Data will be subject to, among the other requirements in the Subscription Agreement, their implementing and maintaining compliance with the following appropriate technical and organisational security measures:
6.1 Physical Access Controls. Third-party service providers shall take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised persons from gaining physical access to data processing systems in which Service Data is Processed.
6.2 System Access Controls. Third-party service providers shall take reasonable measures to prevent data processing systems from being used without authorisation.
6.3 Data Access Controls. Third-party service providers shall take reasonable measures to provide that Service Data is accessible and manageable only by properly authorised staff.
6.4 Transmission Controls. Third-party service providers shall take reasonable measures to ensure that it is possible to check and establish to which entities the transfer of Service Data by means of data transmission facilities is envisaged so Service Data cannot be read, copied, modified, or removed without authorisation during electronic transmission or transport.
6.5 Input Controls. Third-party service providers shall take reasonable measures designed to ensure that it is possible to check and establish whether and by whom Service Data has been entered into data processing systems, modified or removed; and, any transfer of Service Data to a third-party service provider is made via a secure transmission.
6.6 Logical Separation. Third-party service providers shall logically segregate Service Data from the data of other parties on its systems to ensure that Service Data may be processed separately.
6.7 Data Protection. Third-party service providers shall take reasonable measures to provide that Service Data is secured to protect against accidental destruction or loss.
18. Data Deletion Policy
This Data Deletion Policy describes how our Subscribers’ Service Data is deleted in connection with the cancellation, termination or migration of an Account within our Services detailed herein. This Policy does not apply to (a) data that resides in any of our products or services not detailed in this Policy; (b) data that resides in Services managed and hosted by third parties and the Service Data that is or may be shared with such Services.
18.1. Account Cancellation Or Termination
Unless otherwise noted below, three hundred sixty five (365) days after your Account for one of our Services offered on this website is cancelled or terminated; or, except as noted below, three hundred and sixty five (365) days after your trial has ended for one of the Services (assuming that you have not purchased a subscription to that Service), we will permanently delete your Service Data for the cancelled Service. Once commenced, this process cannot be reversed and Service Data will be permanently deleted.
18.2. Policy Limitations
This Deletion Policy is applicable only to the specific Service Data described above. As described in our Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement, we collect certain information from Subscribers to the Services, such as: the names and email addresses; billing address; and other information which may be used for billing, business analytics, marketing, and notification purposes (collectively, “Customer Information”).
The deletion of data does not apply to Account Information, which is maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy or Subscription Agreement. Similarly, we collect and retain Usage Data (as defined in our Subscription Agreement), other metadata and statistical information concerning the use of our Services which are not subject to the deletion procedures in this Deletion Policy.
We reserve the right not to adhere to this Policy when deleting Service Data in cases where we terminate an Account for violation of our Privacy Policy or Subscription Agreement for the purpose of evidence or legal prosecution.
